Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 1:00 pm (EST). Shipment and deliveries occur only on weekdays.
Air Delivery
For an additional charge, 2-day air delivery can be requested. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Orders received after 11:00 am (EST) will leave our warehouse the next business day.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam Deliveries
Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 1:00 pm (EST).
Deliveries to international destinations and some U.S. territories
At this time, we cannot calculate shipping or billing charges for any online orders being shipped to countries outside the US. Please call us at 212.675.7762 for assistance in placing your order.
Delivery to post office boxes
We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any Erin Snow order as long as the order has not shipped. Please call 212.675.7762 to request an order cancelation.
