We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some restrictions apply.  Please contact us for assistance shipping to overseas addresses.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipment and deliveries occur only on weekdays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Please provide a physical street address.


We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order. Items purchased on sale (discounted) can be returned for store credit only.  Return shipping is free for domestic orders only.


  1. Sign into your account and under the Complete Orders link, view the order containing the items you would like to return.
  2. Click on the Return Item(s) button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back.
  3. Select an Action (such as Repair, Exchange, Refund These Items). If you'd like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, indicate the replacement size on your original packing list and enclose with your return.
  4. You will then receive an email with an RMA number and return shipping label which is valid for seven days.


  1. Pack unworn item(s) with all tags still attached and with original packing materials.
  2. Include original packing list marked with RMA number.
  3. If you are exchanging an item for a different size/color, please indicate replacement size/color on packing list.
  4. Mark outside of package with RMA number.
  5. Ship using the provided shipping label (domestic orders) or ship insured and prepaid (international orders) to the address provided in your return authorization email. 

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.


It's free to exchange items for the same item in a different size or color based on stock availability. Shipping is complimentary on the return and replacement item (for domestic orders).

To exchange an item, sign into your account, create a return and simply follow the instructions above.

Please note, if you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.


If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. To arrange a return, please email


Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or account and will exclude original shipping costs in the case of expedited or international shipments (with the exception of faulty items).

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.


  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
  • If you want to return an item(s), you must request an RMA number online within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned within seven days of receiving your RMA number
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.


Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, belts and any detachable trim must be included with your return.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.


An RMA number should be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within seven days of receiving this number. 

Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Please note that RMA numbers requested after 30 days will also be granted at our discretion.


Erin Snow product is built to last. We hope you will continue to wear and enjoy your product for many years to come, or pass it along to a friend who will do the same. At the end of the useful life of your Erin Snow product, please contact for ideas on how to recycle or upcycle your product. If for some reason your item is faulty - if it is received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase - please contact

We will always try to repair any product faults. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
